Located 90 minutes northwest of downtown Bangkok, Dynasty Golf & Country Club, one of the few Denis Griffiths designs in Thailand, is set in a colourful and pleasant environment of mature trees and flowers, making for a pleasant countryside atmosphere that draws in many Thai and Korean golfers. The course is characterized by wide fairways and large greens, typical of its flat paddy field setting, with water in play on all but two holes.
While Dynasty’s course maintenance is average and the facilities, including the clubhouse and locker room, are showing their age, the experience is still enjoyable. The clubhouse restaurant serves a variety of Thai and Chinese dishes commonly found at other golf courses. A good fleet of golf carts, well-trained caddies, and low green fees compensate for any shortcomings.
